I have the same problem, but in IE8 it's enough to just close the tab where MOS was open and then open a new tab and login again.

BTW, another problem I experience with supporthtml.oracle.com<http://supporthtml.oracle.com> is that it will timeout my logon after 60 minutes of inactivity.
