Really kind of a pain in the (you know where), but he (Richard Miller) suggested the following:

Really kind of a pain in the (you know where), but he (Richard Miller) suggested the following:
- Rename the SR section to "Technical Service Requests"
- Click the "Customize Page" link (upper right corner) and add another "Service Requests" section.
- Change the filter on it to only show the non-technical SR's.
- Rename it to "Non-Technical Service Requests".
I have no idea why the developers figured this way improved performance, it's stupid and non-intuitive.
