Thanks Brandon. Requirement is currently is on Tuning note and so it is good to know that atleast Oracle side is still the same. But as it is RAC environment and so I am sure OS will be involved and I will commit only to specific arena which are linked to ORacle. The commands and options are VERY different from Unix. I’d say if the tuning you’re being asked to do is within the database, e.g. tuning queries, Oracle parameters, etc., then you should be fine, but if it’s tuning at the OS level that is needed, then run away unless you have lots of time to spend learning DCL.
