Sanjay,
This configuration is not possible. The logical standby must reside on the same os as the primary database. You can however setup Oracle Streams to replicate tables/schemas from the AIX db to the linux db, but this is not the same as a logical standby.

Is it correct to say that I can have Datagaurd where Primary is AIX and Dataguard (Logical) is Linux. Is this Correct to say that Physical Standby is not possible but Logical Standby is possible. Any caveat.
