In the process of migrating a 12TB database from 9i to 10g on brand new hardware we tested QFS, RAW and ASM.
RAW came out fastest but for some reason we could not use Veritas Volume manager on the SUN box.
ASM comes close to RAW and anyways according to Oracle ASM will be the only supported option in the near future.
Nizar.

Subject: Using QFS for RAC
Folks,
Is anyone either using or has tested Sun's QFS file system for Oracle
RAC? I would like to know the pros and cons of QFS. Any feedback will be
appreciated.
Thanks
Amir
