Dear listers,
I am looking for a possibility to check my OS free space with (out of) the database 9i/10g/11g.
Okay, one may call any OS command frequently / on behalf of a job / with
Java in the DB, and read the result file as external table, whatever.
But preferably, there would be a UTL_MAGIC package or any other approach
that's usable with less effort.
If the approach works for Linux or AIX only, it would do for me.
Thanks in advance, for sharing any idea or directions!
Yours,
Martin Klier
