webservice - Database stored PL/SQL

i got a requirement of exposing some of the data stored in Oracle database using webservice. I have a Stored procedure which gets the data, now I do we create a web service to expose this Stored Procedure.

I am pretty new to Java, but i am willing to put the effort. Now is there any easy way of doing this. We have SUN One App server and the database is oracle 9.2.0.6

Any help is greatly appreciated.
