pscp is a tool that comes to mind. I also like Alan's pick of rsync. Whether you wish to encrypt your logs -as they get moved- also would play a role on what tool is used.

Iam configuring Oracle datagaurd on Standard Edition (10g) on windows server can someone provide me with a script that will move archive logs from the Primary to the Standby or a hint on which programming language i use ( Dos ? ,VB,Perl?...) .
