oracle 11g db creation

As part of oracle 11g db creation I run these scripts to create catalog:

	catalog.sql
	catblock.sql
	catproc.sql

It seems that it takes much longer (twice the time?) for these to complete in 11g as compared to 9i. Just wonder if you observe the same.
