the install guide:
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B16240_01/doc/install.102/e10953/things_to_know.htm#CJGCDHDF says this cmd can be used to check pre-wrecks:
<DVD>/install/runInstaller -prereqchecker PREREQ_CONFIG_ LOCATION=<DVD>/rdbms/Disk1/stage/prereq -entryPoint <entryPoint Value> -prereqLogLoc <log location> -silent -waitForCompletion
any clue on what <entryPoint Value> refers to? I found an example that said this: -entryPoint oracle.sysman.top.em_seed_Core
