I suppose you could write a quick shell script for the whole shebang. Silent installs are *much* faster than the GUI to. Just script the installer silent with a canned response file, then call opatch to apply the patches in the proper order. It may not be a ton faster, but certainly much less labor intensive.

I have not find any "fast" way, I just follow the patch (or patch set) installation instruction when applying patch (or patch set) on each machine.

We are on Oracle 10gr2 10.2.0.4 with few patches and sometimes we have to install these on multiple machines.
What do folks use for quick Oracle installation? Is it runInstaller with multiple steps of upgrades and patches *or* is there a faster way?
