just one CSS daemon is needed per HOST.
(itwould be difficult to run more than one)

I suggest: if you have only one ORACLE_HOME for all DBs AND ASM, use this one for CSS too.
Otherwise try to use the ORACLE_HOME which belongs to ASM.
