Is:
RMAN> configure archivelog deletion policy to applied on standby;
new RMAN configuration parameters:
CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY TO APPLIED ON STANDBY;
new RMAN configuration parameters are successfully stored
any good for you?
