not able to connect to the database

am not able to connect to our production server, two nod rac. in oem it is showing metric collection error. in alert logs there are no errors. dumps or core have no been generated at other dump destinations. other sys none of the user is getting connected what could be the issue...this is critical production system thanks Add more friends to your messenger and enjoy!
