Sorry for the delay.
The SPILL_MSGS is 0 but the CSPILL_MSGS is non-zero. CNUM_MSGS:462144
CSPILL_MSGS:104204
Any ideas on what I can do to speed up the capture process speed? I have
already set the parallelism to 4 but don't see any evidence of that making a
difference.
We have a six node RAC, so the archives get generated on all six nodes but
the capture process is essentially a single process trying to read thru all
the redo/archive files generated from all nodes. It almost appears to be a
design limitation to me.
