DBLink MS SQL Server, Access, Excel ODBC and Oracle together?

Hi guys,

Is there a way for me to somehow create a "dblink" between different databases (MS SQL Server, Acess, Excel ODBC and Oracle) and access these through a single sql interface and join the tables from different databases into views?
