Any tools to load data into Apps?

Hey all,
A colleague of mine needs to bulk load forms into Oracle Apps. They're currently using a particular purchased tool, but are less than happy with it. Anyone have any tools/experiences they would care to share?
Sorry for my lack of usual details in this post, but I didn't want to influence responses one way or another.
