Paul and I talked offline - I'm guessing it was a caching thing. Some
of the links worked for him and some didn't.
It's all good - the mirror works fine, and Oracle has been alerted that something's up. Hopefully it'll be a quick fix for them!

Did you try pulling up any of the docs? I can navigate the portal pages
just fine, but clicking any of the "HTML" or "PDF " links gives a 404 not found error.
