Moving Oracle fom windows 2003 x32 a x64

Hi please,

Because memory constraints we are thinking to move from x32 to x64 windows 2003 enterprise edition.

I read we'll have to reformat, is there another important point to think about when migrating the server or Oracle 10g?.
