If I have to open a support ticket, I have to get trace files from all of my
RAC nodes (I have 10 of them). We have had several problems lately. This is
very tiresome. Has anyone had success sticking oracle log path for all nodes
into clustered directories. Now each node still has its own directory, but i
can get to them from any node and get all of them at once. I can script most
of this and it makes it much, much easier...
or is this a really bad idea ? by clustering I mean put it on a veritas clustered file system and mount the directories to all nodes.
