Oracle on Win2K8 Hypervisor

Anyone out there running Oracle Database and/or Application server on an Oracle Enterprise Linux virtual/guest host on top of Windows 2008 Hypervisor?  

I know it's pretty far out on the bleeding edge since the Win2K8 Hypervisor is still Beta, so I guess I'd better stock up on band-aids, but we're going to be installing this in a new soon-to-be-production environment and I'm just curious if anyone else has any advice or experience to share?
