Node 2 went down in a 2 node RAC cluster .. need to bring up 2nd node

So our second node went down in our Linux RAC cluster. The Cluster has been up for at least 6months. If someone would not mind, giving me a quick how-to bring up the 2nd node in the cluster that would be great.
We have ocfs2 loaded on both nodes. Looks like the mount points are not even up. They are present in /etc/fstab. So first question is do I bring up the mount points first then start ocfs2? Sorry but I have totally forgotten and am hoping for some guidance.
