Murtuja,

As crazy as this sounds, I've had a similar issues 2-3 years ago and the problem was the ssh keys were installed to allow for non-password logins. When I removed that configuration (authorized_keys) the add node worked. After the node was added I could put the ssh config back in place. I know it sounds crazy. This was on 10.2.0.1 on Solaris.
