When trying to import data using impdp into a NEWLY Created 10gR2 Database, following error is occurring:
ORA-39083: Object type PROCACT_SYSTEM failed to create with error:
ORA-01917: user or role 'XDB' does not exist
Qs How is the "XDB" user to be Created?
