I did 2 11g sessions at Collaborate. I asked, in each session, ifanyone was using 11g in production. No hands went up. In fact maybe 30%of the class had even touched 11g. Based on my experience with it thusfar, I'd wait at least one patch release to get some of the bugs workedout. There is a lot of new stuff in there to be sure. Also be careful oflicensing as a lot of the cooler features have separate licenses. RF Robert G. Any major problems? Is the general consensus that waiting for release 2 is the way to go? There is a ton of stuff in 11g that will be useful and I˘m thinking about heading down the upgrade path but if it is just a flat-out bad idea, I˘ve got plenty of other stuff to do. I realize this is very open ended but any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
