Hi guys,
What is the best tool to use for general instance performance monitoring: statspack or awr? It seems that these both tools produce nearly identical reports. However awr requires additional licensing to access dba_hist views. What is the difference? Is anyone using spViewer or similar tools to perform analysis of database performance problems? Thanks.
