All these third party clusterware vendors sell clusterware along with
cluster file systems. If you wanna use their cluster file systems,
yes, you need their cluster manager/clusterware to manage the cluster
file system. The argument boils down to this: Do you have money to
afford their cluster systems? Or do you go with raw/nfs/asm, as oracle
recommends?
