SQL> exec dbms_fga.ADD_POLICY(-
object_schema=>'HR',- object_name=>'EMPLOYEES',- policy_name=>'FGA_EMP',-

audit_condition=>'SYS_CONTEXT(''USERENV'',''OS_USER'') = ''test1'' ',- statement_types=>'SELECT',-

Hello Robert
Thanks for your hint but I have still question. I did like below
exec dbms_fga.ADD_POLICY(-
object_schema=>'TEST',- object_name=>'T',- policy_name=>'FGA_TA',-
audit_column => null,-
audit_condition=>'SYS_CONTEXT(''USERENV'',''OS_USER'') =''user1'' ',- statement_types=>'SELECT',-
enable => TRUE)
If I put into audit_condition only one user (user1) I see in fga_log$ everything what I have. I have problem with few users. I do not know how to put few users into audit_condition. Maybe you know?
Regards,
Wojtek
