I am assuming that you are seeing an issue around this time? If so, why not look at ADDM reports for that period first to see if anything pops up. I am assuming you have the License to do this: If you are licensed to look at AWR data, then you are automatically licensed to look at ADDM data. ADDM reports are automatically generated at the end of every AWR report and are made available from the GUI. You can alternately query the DBA_ADVISOR_% tables directly to avoid CTD.
