Listing all tables with vpd policies

How can I list all tables in a schema which have vpd policies? The V$VPD_POLICY view does not give me the information that I need since it lists only those policies currently in the library cache. I note also that this view includes multiple entries for each policy, apparently based on the fact that different users get different predicates.

This is Oracle 10.2.0.
