Haven't used SRM in the past, but on a related issue would like to comment also on using priocntl for assigning fixed (FX) priority to the LMSn daemons and realtime (RT) priority for LGWR, in RAC. That worked well for me in the past.

Is anyone using SRM successfully? If so, would you have some tips/advice for using SRM?
Is it feasible to use SRM in a 9i RAC environment?
