CRS install was incomplete on node 2, no inittab entries. rootdelete.sh
rootdeinstall.sh

removed all files in /var/tmp/.oracle

re-ran root.sh on both nodes & it worked succesfully.

PRIF-10: failed to initialize the cluster registry  

Help?!@

Not sure what to check for here.
