Please tell me if this seems ok with everyone.  

I am using tde. To do nightly datapumps, I need to put ENCRYPTION_PASSWORD = in the par file.

I now set up fga on that table and when I query dba_fga_audit_trail the sql_text field contains  

            "CARD_NO" ENCRYPT USING 'AES128' IDENTIFIED BY ENCRYPTION_PASSWORD   Auditors will now be able to see the export encryption password.
