There is also an rmjvm.sql which removes all the jvm pieces. It might be
worth running that first and remove (hopefully) all the 9i pieces.

Try reloading the JVM -- run @?/rdbms/admin/javavm as
SYS.
Then check if the JServer JAVA Virtual Machine component
is valid.
If it is, reload the Oracle Database Java Packages as well by running @?/rdbms/admin/catjava
Though if this is production I'd recommend you file an SR with Oracle Support.

and I see that few JVM components are not in proper status . How do I fix this Please advise.
