You didnšt mention what platform your Oracle database is on. If youšre on Windows you can easily do this through a database link with Heterogeneous Services. Just set up an ODBC DSN to SQL Server, then create a file for that data source in %ORACLE_HOME%\hs\admin. Finally, add the service to your listener.ora and tnsnames.ora and create a database link that uses the entry in your tnsnames file. There are examples of how to set up these admin files in the hs/admin directory.

I havenšt tried this on Linux or Unix, so I canšt speak to how easy or hard it is on those platforms.
