agentctl segmentation fault 9206 on RHEL4

I am getting a segmentation fault error when trying to start agent for a 9206 database on RHEL4.
I tried to apply the patch 3238244, but this is no good because OPatch flags that there is a conflicting patch 4193454. Has anyone else been able to resolve this?
