Manjula,
Give us the IP address and the Aix user account and we can log in and check it out.
Seriously, are Archivelog files being generated? Look in the rdbms/audit directory - for every sys connection, an audit file is created. Is the Bdump & Udump directory in this mount point? Are trace files being created here? Are Rman backups being created?
Only you can look in the mount point and see what's happening. Tough for us to help.
Tom

Subject: Something is filling up my /oracle file system - URGENT
Hi all:
Something is chewing up the space in /oracle filesystem (AIX). I have trimmed all the log files I could find. No sooner do I free up the space than it gets used up.
Can you help me find what is writing to this file system?
Thanks,
Manjula
