If all and only OWNER1 data resides in one tablespace - you can use transportable tablespace feature to move all data in virtually no time.

You would use datapump in metadata_only mode to move all non-table objects (function, procedure, packages, etc.) with the remap_schema parameter.

Same with tablespace(-s) - export then drop tablespace and then import it back with the remap_schema parameter.
