One of the linked notes references these metalink bugs:

4466399
4472338 (duplicate of the above 4466399) 4507532 (turned out to be a bad diagnosis, but the bug is real) 4920199

Granted, these were under 10.2.0.1, and I have to admit we have not looked (yet) to see how they are addressed in 10.2.0.2 or 10.2.0.3. Oddly, doing a metalink search on these numbers returns zero hits. Very odd.
