You'll need to be a lot more specific about the problem, version, what you've already tried etc - else we'll have to set Mladen onto you, or quote that post about etiquette for the 42nd time this week.

Presumably you have already RTFM'd the DBMS_STATS procedures like {im|ex}port_{database|schema|table|index|column}_stats?
