PRKC-1073 while installing 10.2.0.3 on AIX cluster

Hi,

I am installing 10.2.0.3 CRS patchset on IBM RAC system ( AIX 5.3 , CRS 10.2.0.1 ) and getting "PRKC-1073 : Failed to transfer directory
"/usr3/apl/oracrs/product/10.2/crs/inventory" to any of the given nodes
"server2" during install. I found one install document on oracleracsig
site which says to ignore this error as this is some bug in the installer. Though, I couldn't find this bug on metalink. I checked the inventory files on the second node and they are not synced with the first node where the installation was lauched. Has anyone seen this error in AIX environment. Any solution ?
