Hi Sandy,
When faced with a problem you need help to fix, it would be best to include pertinent information about the problem.
Is there an error message?
What is the message?
Has the developer created a small test case? ie. something that can be posted on a message list such as this one so the error can be reproduced.
A lot of people here are willing to help.
The help is more forthcoming with test cases, or at least more information.
