RAC on windows

I have been asked to implement 10gR2 RAC on Windows 2003 Server. I'll appreciate your 2 cents, any gotchas, whitepapers, bugs/patches that I need to be aware of.

I went to www.microsoft-oracle.com and it seemed pretty helpful.
