error on ins_net_client.mk

I am getting this error on trying to install 9.2.0.8.0 patchset (from 9.2.0.7.0) on Sun Solaris 8 64 bit:

I am getting this error:

Error in invoking target 'install' of makefile 'opt/oracle/u01/product/920/network/lib/ins_net_client.mk'

see logs for details ....

does anybody know what causes this?
