Unfortunately we need the patch for windows which is due in 10203 patch 5.
so we need to do shared_pool flushing for another couple of months ourselves
(or ask DBMS_JOB to do it on our behalf)
imagine one'd have to flush the toilet every so often to prevent the house
from falling apart
makes no sense
