bitter rivalry with business applications vendor SAP up another notch,
filing suit Thursday against SAP alleging violations of U.S. fraud
legislation, unfair competition, and civil conspiracy. Oracle filed the
lawsuit against SAP in the U.S. Federal District Court in the Northern
