Oracle 10.2.0.3 and CPU question

We're getting ready to upgrade from 9.2.0.6 to 10.2.0.3 - AIX 5.2.



I was going to also install the latest CPU patch and install, but from all I've read on Metalink, it looks like
it won't be available until the next CPU.



Does this mean 10.2.0.3 includes the latest CPU/Security patch available?
