RE: 10g upgrade survey--performance/stability

Yes, that is a 10.2.0.3 bug, but I was talking specifically about bugs that only affect you if you go with the in-place upgrade method as opposed to exp/imp into a sparkling fresh, clean-scented, new database. This bug looks like it would affect you either way.
