RE: Background Checks for DBAs

I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned bonding, which is basically an insurance contract so that the harmed party is reimbursed for any theft by their bonded employee. If the outsourcing company bonds all the DBAs there shouldn't be a need for a new background check for each customer, and you'd go through a pretty rigorous background check ONCE, before you're bonded.
