It states in DocID #357056.1

"If you do use TSLTZ or TSTZ types then it depends on whether you use "named time zones" or "offsets" where you need to make changes. If you use offsets only then there is nothing in the database that you can change to affect this."

If you run this query , this shows an offset?

SQL> select dbtimezone from dual;

DBTIME



+00:00

Has anybody dealt with this yet? This is 9iRelease 2.
